WHAT’S IN A BASKET?
Each basket contains 9-12 vegetables grown on the farm – we produce about 55 different kinds of vegetables (about 150 varieties!). The selection varies with the season!
- Greens! Lettuce, spinach, chard, mesclun, arugula, mizuna, kale, pac-choi, etc.
- Roots! Carrot, beets, turnip & rutabaga, radish, daikon, potatoes, onions, garlic, leeks.
- Herbs! Basil, parsley, coriander, dill, thyme, oregano, sage, sorrel.
- And more! Tomatoes, red & green peppers, broccoli, cauliflower, eggplant, cucumbers, summer & winter squash, beans, peas, cabbage, fennel, etc.
The first baskets will be delivered the week of June 20 and will continue until the week of October 17. A weekly basket provides ample veggies for 3-4 people.

* This $18 fee is an obligatory participation that will be contributed to the CSA network coordinated by Équiterre to support the development of Community Supported Agriculture, and to raise awareness about the importance of creating links between farmers and citizens. This fee is not a membership with Équiterre.
